Breakfast Bowl Monday Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 oz of farmers cheese
- 2 oz of chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp of honey
- 3 Tbsp of crushed and roasted pistachios (I buy with shell on, clean and then toast on a pan and then use a mortar to crush)
- 1 oz raspberry
- 3 Tbsp of jack fruit (I cleaned half of a fresh one)
- 1 Kumquat sliced (helps balance out all the sweetness)
