Breakfast Bowl Monday Recipe


  • 8 oz of farmers cheese
  • 2 oz of chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp of honey
  • 3 Tbsp of crushed and roasted pistachios (I buy with shell on, clean and then toast on a pan and then use a mortar to crush)
  • 1 oz raspberry
  • 3 Tbsp of jack fruit (I cleaned half of a fresh one)
  • 1 Kumquat sliced (helps balance out all the sweetness)
